Purpose: A systematic mailer that went out at regular intervals to target audiences such as contractors, architects, fit-outs, etc, when Mapei was launching a new system for repairs showcasing the products that Mapei had available for each step of the repair process.

Purpose: Examples of the monthly external newsletter, sent to the company's full database, and the internal newsletter sent to the whole company. External newsletter was more formal to keep the customers aware of what Mapei was doing in the market, while the internal newsletter was created to be more informal just to keep the employees engaged with the company and give them something light and fun.
